Opera is 10 years old today. Free registrations being handed out while
the party lasts. Linux version included.

Another browser that is worth a look is Opera (www.opera.com). I've
tried their free version, which I think plasters some ads around it that
you get rid of when you buy the license (IIRC). According to Slashdot,
Opera is giving licenses away for a limited time so you might want to
nab one while they are free. Anybody know if there is a catch?

One of the features I like about Opera is you can configure it to appear
to be any other browser to a given site (IOW, fake the site out to think
it is sending msgs to an IE browser). Not sure if other browsers can.

Be patient with opera.com as the SlashdotEffect (tm) is hitting
pretty hard.
