	er, domainname(8/1m) doesn't assign/define the non-host
portion of an FQDN, rather it defines the NIS/YP domain (realm?)
the host belongs too.  

	In other words, unless  you're running NIS, it doesn't
do anything for you. (and can mess some services up when they
find domainname set, and can't contact the NIS servers.)
