You're looking at the Fall schedule, which really doesn't prove
anything.  From what I know, Richland will not be offering a Unix
program in the Spring.  In fact, you can confirm it for yourself:

"Deactivated" means Richland has 36 months to phase the program out.
The link doesn't make clear whether or not the AAS or sysadmin
certificates are being phased out as well, but my sources indicate
this is the case.
