no...didn't say that...just because my netmask is the whole class C,
doesn't mean I have that allocated for my use/routable...they have 8 IP's
allocated to me according to Arin.net.....but can't 'use' the other three
as 'they are for use by other customers'...even though they have my name
FTTP listing...very weird

yes...grin...they are not routable for me is the best I can make out.
