No, it should be a /29. The first address is the network address,
and the last is the broadcast address and one should be assigned for
the gateway, that is why they only allow for 5 static IPs. Your
netmask should be 255.255.255.248 if they set it up properly. This
is standard. An example would be 192.168.1.0/29 where 192.168.1.0 is
the network address, 192.168.1.7 is the broadcast address and one of
the IPs would be assigned by the network admin as the gateway,
normally .1 or .6 (either end), but any IP could be used. This
leaves the other 5 for general usage.
