[NTLUG:Discuss] Getting eth0 working with Kubuntu--- more info

I don't know if this "feature" is documented anywhere, but I just wrote
a shell script that runs when I boot.   I just have to remember not to
change my network settings.  


For some reason, their network scripts do not make any reference to a
gateway.  Let me know if you find a fix for it.
