If no-one else is available, I'd be glad to do a demo/discussion of
VMware workstation, although I haven't had any experience with
VMware Player or VMware Server. (I could probably talk about VMware
player in time for the meeting, VMware server would be difficult.)
FWIW, I frequently run Photoshop and other applications in a VMware
Workstation instance and it works quite nicely. It's also very nice
because I can take snapshots of the WinXP instance just after loading
the software, updates, and applications, and then if a virus or
other problem shows up later I can just revert to the snapshot
instead of having to reload things from scratch and re-apply all
of the Windows Updates.
