[NTLUG:Discuss] President goes mad... actually does something!

For starters, I just put:
$PageLogoUrl = "http://home.flash.net/~stanne/artwork/LinkArt95Index.gif";
in local/config.php to get the header image at top.
But not sure what to do next.  (So I just started running the links
down the side so I could see how the overall operatioin of the PmWiki
sub pages would work out.) Again, this initial page is just
experimental.
