[NTLUG:Discuss] MythTV sound issue

Oh okay. Well I hope to have gotten to the bottom of the problems.

Knoppmyth, as I mentioned before, did not work well for me and I have
gotten more success on more familiar ground. In my case, Fedora Core 5.
If I have success before the time of the meeting, I will be sure to lend my
insights.

Is the Ft.Worth meeting on the same day as NTLUG? If so, I might be
visiting the Ft.Worth group (for the first time). They have FOOD at their
meetings. :) hehehe. But seriously, I had already said I would go to that
one... it's a Saturday too and I haven't checked which day(s) it is.

Other hurdles, after the sound issue is resolved, is to get DVD ripping
added to my functionality... seems that doesn't work either for the moment.
I'm dreading this, but I might just have to break down and actually LEARN
something. It would be tragic wouldn't it? I mean if I had to learn
something?
