Sounds like a good enough name to me.  Also sounds like it may be a
preference problem on that particular machine.  Maybe somebody liked it
like that.  :)  Never used SuSE so can't give any really specific place
to look, but on my machine it's under System -> Preferences -> Windows.
Surely you could at least set the windows to do a "window shade" or
"roll up" on double clicking the title bar.  That should help some.
