Most services do not 'support' linux. That doesn't
mean the service won't 'work' with linux. You should
be asking if you have to have a windows PC to USE the
service, and can you use their service without having
to install anything? If they do require installs ask
if its is hardware or spyware, You can google the
hardware to determine if community support has arrived
for linux yet.   If they require a spyware program
running on your box... well, run Windows if you like
big brother.
