I had them in Austin from early beta (6 years ago?) until last year.
The connectivity was pretty reliable about 1 outage every 4 to 6 months.
usually on the order of 2 to 5 hours.
However, their news server, DNS, and mail (inbound and outbound) were
always terrible. If you depend on your email I would use a service
outside of rr.com
I run 2 of my own colocated servers so my mail and DNS are on those.
I've heard that it is a real pain to run any local services (email, DNS,
web server) but never tried since I've got the colo machines
