Here is some things we're looking for the SR Database Architect position.

          o 5+ years designing, developing, and tuning databases and
            stored procedures for SQL Server 2000, SQL 7, SQL 6.5 (not
            simply administering)
          o 5+ years software development in current coding languages
            like C#, VB.Net, C++, VB6 (not cobol, fortran, perl, or just
            t-sql)
          o Primary job responsibility over the last 5 years must be
            predominantly development and implementation of OLTP
            applications, not maintenance, or OLAP.

and database engineers.

*Qualifications:*
. 5+ years of hands-on experience designing, developing and deploying 
database applications
. Experience with data analysis, data migration, data modeling, data 
integration, data warehousing and database design
. Proven ability to gather complex business data requirements from 
internal business clients and development teams
. Ability to design, maintain and build conceptual, logical and physical 
database models
. Ability to provide analysis and recommendations for overall database 
system architecture
. Experience with creating and maintaining documentation of data models
. Deep knowledge and understanding of SQL, .Net, C#.
. Experience in quality assurance process.
. Knowledge of all phases of system development life cycle
