Suggestions?  This is a business issue, right?
(a) Consult a lawyer
(b) Consult a lawyer
(c) Consult a lawyer
(not necessarily in that order, and not necessarily the same one in each 
case)
(b) do not engage in any action that could be considered as liable 
without first checking in on suggestion 'a'
(e) Check with small claims court - do they owe you too much for that route?
(f) Will it cost you more than it is worth to pursue?
(g) Can you sell the receivables to a collection agency?
(h) start again with 'a'
