WOW, Patrick, you did a ton of work.  Thanks.

It would be hard to complain about another Linux group when the 
Linux/Open Source "camp" is supposed to be all about openness, freedom, 
etc.  All I would hope is that those who decide to focus on one specific 
aspect of this "arena" (be it a distribution, technology or whatever) 
would reciprocate by supporting NTLUG in it's activities.  Although 
Linux/Open Source is gaining in strength we still need to work together 
to advance these interests against those who would like nothing better 
than for them to disappear.  And I'm not just talking about Microsoft 
here, I know of at least a couple of instances where the Open Source 
thrust has been threatened by a commercial interest or even a group of 
people who decided independently of the rest that they wanted to "own" 
some aspect of the technology.
