  Jay, I have egg on my face. Up to yesterday, catapult.ideastream.com  got server not found. The other url has resolved as of 20 minutes after  I first configured it. I know DNS changes take a while to propogate,  but several days had passed.
  
  Today, I'm getting to the server, and now I'm getting a 404 page not  found -- progress! I'll need to debug my apache and application  configurations at this point, but at least I'm getting there.
  
  I did play with trying to set the host to catapult and the type to  CNAME. The widget wouldn't let me; when I delete the previous setting  and put in catapult and save, he adds catapult to the domain, so I  always end up with catapult.ideastream.com.
