All
(I think it was someone on this list that asked about this product ...)
Box: IBM ThinkPad T43
OS: XP Pro SP 2
VM: Parallels Workstation 2.2
Guest OS: Mandriva/Mandrake 10.1 (highest level supported)
(more details upon request)

The install of Parallels (from download) went without error
The install of Linux in Parallels went without error - it did ask to
disable "AutoRun" on the CD, and I said yes.
Both were surprisingly easy

Post Install problems ...
(1) I cannot install the Parallels Tools (the option is grayed out)
(2) "NumLk" - it is a dance of sorts
(2.1) When VM Linux has started and presents the login prompt (I don't
start X autmatically) - NumLk is on by default
(2.2) Turn off NumLk before doing anything else - <Shift-ScrLk> in my case
(2.3) Then login
(3) X - had to mess around with that a bit, but I finally got it going OK
(3.1) 800x600 16Bpp - need Parallels Tools to do any better (I am given
to under stand by the docs)
(4) Also have a sound server issue to work out

Actions So Far ...
(1) Registered product
(1.1) Wrote to support asking for help (but not on item 3 or 4, yet)
(1.1.1) Their robot reply promised a response within 3 days (I assume
business days)
(2) Registered with their forums
(2.1) Searched their threads for same issue(s)
(2.1.1) I haven't found them yet

Note: by default it gave me about 4.2Gb for / and 2.6Gb for /home

If any of you have already been down this road and solved the problem(s)
- Thank you in advance for any help you may be able to offer
Regards
Fred James
