[NTLUG:Discuss] fixing screensize on a plain TV

On my TV, I'm running a variant of Mandrake
(PCLinuxOS).

Yes, SAX had the screen fix I'm asking about. It
doesn't work on PCLinux tho.

I've also seen X screen corrections in some plainer
older X setups. (maybe peanut linux?) I'm willing to
do manual edits in xinitrc if I have to, I just need
to know what the corrections to the scanlines are
called in xinitrc. I guess I'm going to have to pull
out the dead tree manuals.
