Anything is better than what they're interviewing right now.  If they were
interviewing half decent competent people, I wouldn't have bothered.  I'd
rather work with people that are in the field because they enjoy it and
spend their own time learning and improving, and I know everyone on this
list is that way.   And if someone out there is needing to feed their kids
and pay heating costs, does it really matter if they saw this on a Linux
discussion or windows discussion?  It's Christmas season.  Have a heart.

And if this is an ideological issue for you, how are you going to change
things from the outside if you marginalize yourself?
