[NTLUG:Discuss] Administration tool to restrict Firefox history erasing

1. Monitor the kids, not the network.  I have kids too, I know that's
the much tougher route.

2. If you must monitor the network, setup squid or apache as a web
proxy.  set your firewall (linux, of course) to block port 80 traffic.

3. Read the proxy logs.
