[NTLUG:Discuss] email application

All:

Is there any email application (prefer web based) that will have the 
statistics features.
For example --
The reader has open/read the email.
How many emails have been sent successfully.
How many bounced emails.

Mailman handles bounced email but have no such features mention above.
