FYI, MySQL does have paid support options. MySQL does not have the point
and click front end tools. If those are important then Oracle, Sybase,
and Informix are your only choices. Paid support is available for most of
the open source DBMS solutions.
Have you looked at the cost of running an Oracle server? When I was doing
a DB tools analysis I concluded that the Oracle fees were not reasonable
for my budget.
