Not sure if anyone posted this hack but it looks pretty straight forward.

One thing to keep in mind is it is illegal to record conversations without 
notifying the other parties in many parts of the world  e.g. In Germany you 
have to give the caller the opportunity to opt out of being recorded. I 
admin a Call recording application that records approx. 300 agents on a 
Meridian sysytem (punched down to the TN and to a 110 block, a basic wire 
tap.) and approx. 200 agents over VoIP doing trunk side recording. If you 
want to do decent recording you typically need to do it at the switch or 
trunk side. Just my 2 cents.
