Add to that list SAM Linux. SAM is an "old machine -
low resource" version of PCLinuxOS.

Like PCLinuxOS, it comes with all the multimedia web
applets (java, flash) preinstalled into the distro in
the free for download ISO image.  For me, this means
there's very little setup to do to make it work, just
install and update. 

It cuts the resources in half by running XFCE desktop.
XFCE doesn't have all the eye candy, but if your
familiar with a windows 95/98 box, you will have no
trouble dealing with this interface.
