Since I became more interested in spam control and all that, I have learned 
a lot.

Here's what I have been doing lately that works really well and is very 
easy to implement:

MailScanner + MailWatch

MailScanner is a fairly comprehensive package of spam and content scanning 
stuff and MailWatch is a web interface for it allowing for good reporting 
and quarantine management.  (ALL free of course)

The implementation is especially easy in my opinion.  I'm far from "guru" 
status and I consider myself to be pretty brain-dead at times.  I didn't 
have any trouble installing or understanding this thing.  I highly 
recommend it.  It's running at my office right now and has won for me MUCH 
praise and appreciation.
