iTunes can be used in emulation with the various forms of wine.

I dabbled with it for awhile until I realized that it wasn't
really all that and that I'd rather use just about anything
else.

I think iTunes might be on the supported apps list for Crossover
Office. Quicktime is supported for their Win23 plugins product.
