Didn't we have this discussion already?

Oh and if you don't like Vista call dell up.  They dooffer XP still, 
since Vista became the Windows ME v2.0, most computer manufacturers are 
again offering XP.  I would call them up and complain and see if they 
will allow you to upgrade to XP, as anything, include DOS would be an 
upgrade from Vista.
