That is fine. I was pretty vague. Without a discussion of _why_ xp is on
the laptop at all, discussing _how_ xp is to run is pretty much
irrelevant to me. Someone else already mentioned that this had been
covered. Ideal could be anything really. I have more then one machine,
so it really doesn't need to be ideal.
Poor choice of words, on my part.
Right now I'm entertaining myself with multi boot of ubuntu, xp & osx,
on a dual core athlon. What I know for sure, Vista isn't for me.
By the way, "Hello everyone". I'm over from the satlug list. I moved to
Dallas a couple of years ago, and stayed on the satlug list since, but
now I've joined the ntlug list as well.
