[NTLUG:Discuss] Japanese Filenames Linux => Windows

After some further testing, it seems that Unicode filenames (the default
on recent Linux) work fine on Windows as long as the default display
fonts are Unicode capable.  On an English Windows install they are not
but on Japanese Windows they are.

The second problem is transferring the files without corrupting the file
names.  Samba seems to work fine, scp does not.
