[NTLUG:Discuss] open a .wps file

I have run into many .wps files.  Fortunately, the originator did not
use any fancy formatting.  I simply opened it in a text editor
(Notepad, vi, etc.)  stripped all the garbage, kept the plain text,
copy and paste into a new document and move on.
