You only need 1 of them.  The F-7-arch-Live is Gnome based, while the
other is KDE based, both work fine, just personal preference.  The new
gnome interface is getting fancy, taking ideas from Beryl maybe?  It has
been a while since I messed with the desktop much.

So, I grabbed the LiveCD, didn't try an install yet, but it worked well
running from the CD. But then again, I am running a newish craptacular
laptop from Acer.  I got rid of most of my old hardware, the oldest
thing I have in the lab right now is a 1GHz machine...
