Trying on CD ROM seems no problem.
I think the problem is DVD version.
I have 3 cases (different Dell boxes-- a server and two workstations) on the DVD version.
All of the problems are hung on loading scsi driver.
finally, I give up use scsi, just use ide. all went fine.
