[NTLUG:Discuss] Firefox trusted CAs

I'm not so sure that I have the same level of confidence for some of the
trusted CAs which come bundled with Firefox as they do and would like to
remove them.  unfortunately they are built in.  I can select them and
click Delete and they disappear from the list until I close the dialog
and re-open it - they don't even "remain gone" for the current session.

I think I have located the module supplying the list (libnssckbi.so) and 
moved it to another directory.  Rebooted the machine (powered off in 
between).  The security device implemented by the module was gone but 
the list remained.  However, when I removed entries this time they 
"remained gone" even after exiting and restarting Firefox.

Question: Am I harming myself in some way by doing this?
