Thanks!  I didn't know about the repositories.  When I activated
Universe, then went into Symantic I could find, activate, and do the
minimal configuration of Firestarter.

I was surprised as to how little was necessary for the configuration.
What was presented to me was less than was displayed on a website
where Firestarter was to have asked the level of protection desired.
I set up DHCP and that was it.
