[NTLUG:Discuss] Commercial linux support options

Hey,

I am looking for some different support options for some of my linux 
systems being used at work right now.

Our systems are on Dell hardware and Dell only seems to support out of 
the box configurations of RHEL and SLES.

Does anyone have good experience with RHEL or SLES support for custom 
netfilter configs and ha setups? How about custom kernel builds?

I personally prefer a Debian setup for flexibility. Any good Texas based 
enterprise support for that available?
