[NTLUG:Discuss] Firefox/SuSE 10.1 - What the????

Greetings.

Anyone know what's causing the following issue, and how to fix?
1) Bookmarks are gone
2) Bookmark toolbar is gone
3) Bottom Status bar is 1/8 of the screen from the bottom of the window,
with just unusable gray-space underneath.
4) Help Menu is gone.

What happened - I picked up a security update that upgraded me from
2.0.0.4 -> 2.0.0.5.

What I have tried so far;
1) Upgrading to 2.0.0.8 - no fix.
2) Uninstalling/reinstalling - no fix
3) Googling - have not found anything yet.
4) Uninstalling, copying bookmarks folder, deleting .mozilla directory,
reinstalling.  - No fix.

Suggestions?  As is, Firefox is currently unusable for me (except on
Microsoft).  So, my choices currently are;
1) Use Firefox on Microsoft XP
2) Use Konqueror.

Help?
