I have been using bytemark.co.uk for a few years now. The exchange rate
bites - I am sure there are cheaper equivalent options, but they have
great customer service - you are normally working with one of the
principals. And they have some free value adds like secondary MX and
offsite DNS and offsite nfs backup which are nice to have.
I have had 2 lengthy (~12-24 hour) outages with them, but they have been
very good with notifying of issues and compensating.
