Overkill? maybe... maybe not. I'm about to embark on a relatively
simple exercise in PHP programming after the wife designs a page for a
small business. In my mind, I'm prepared to do it all with a text
editor, but I'm wondering if some of this might be made easier with
something similar or perhaps identical to what you described above?
Would anyone else have any recommendations?
