Ted,

Welcome to Dallas.

I've been using netin.com for 7 or 8 years now.  I use them as a pass 
through and I run my own servers, all ports.  I'm on a DSL circuit and 
they've been great.  Small company, the owner is the tech guy, and very 
Linux savvy.
