Just dropped $80 last week for a true, JEDEC PC2-6400 compliant
1.8V
pair of 2GiB modules at DDR2-800. I was extremely surprised by
the
5-4-4-15 timing at DDR2-800!

If you're looking for inexpensive, HP-branded/warrantied 1GB
DDR2-667
(JEDEC PC2-5300) DIMMs, then PC Super Store just dropped the
price
almost another $5 to $2.99/DIMM after rebate (and up to 5 per
rebate
submission, 1 per household). PC Super Store is an authorized
HP
reseller, and HP paid this rebate in 4-5 weeks for the same
DIMMs
last fall (I also bought 5 of the exact same part from them
back then
too).
