All of the above.  The primary focus will be projects that help running
scouting activities.  But, allot of the things that the scouts need to
run the councils and troops are needed by other non-profits as well.
Things like fund raising, trip management, event planning, fliers,
newsletters, accounting, etc.  The goal is to help the local councils
and troops reduce their technology costs and give them tools that really
solve their needs.
