[NTLUG:Discuss] Has anybody else noticed?

It appears that the bordercolor HTML tag is poorly supported by 
Firefox/Seamonkey and not supported at all by Amaya but seemingly has 
good support in IE?

All I'm trying to do is create a table with a uniform-thickness black 
border around the cells and table edge.  Either I haven't found the 
magic formula or this is not at all easy to accomplish which in and of 
itself seems odd.

Does anyone know how to create such a table for something other than 
border="1"?
