For the total integration experience.   And PDA sync.   If you have a
5 year old PDA then syncing to *nix isn't too much of a problem.
The sync experience for modern devices is far from pleasurable.

Have to keep a domU around just for that :-(

And look what the commercial enterprise has to put up with in
consequence!
