Just remember -- you don't sell to the actual users of the system, you
sell to the highest member of the executive level you can and they make
 the decision for the folks downstream.

That's the way IBM sold the 8086 in the PC instead of the 6800, not by
technical merits, but by plain old marketing.  That's the way they sold
and sell mainframes.

That's the way MS sells its 'products'.
