Most Linux LiveCDs wil have dd or partimage.

dd -- For the DIY person.  Doesn't do some of the fancy stuff, but is
very simple and works really well, regardless of filesystem type.

partimage  -- ncurses gui.  Does some fancy stuff like automatic compression.

Another LiveCD to look at is Clonezilla:
