[NTLUG:Discuss] socks proxy mistake I made at the meeting

At the meeting I believed that remote DNS queries were
enabled by default for socks proxies configured inside
of Firefox... I was definitely wrong.  I was confusing
the use of an http proxy with a socks proxy.

So... sorry if I misled anyone.  If you use a socks
proxy and don't want local dns resolution, you'll
need to change the Firefox value for

network.proxy.socks_remote_dns

from false to true.

Of course, if you're using an http proxy, the remote
side is always the one resolving the names (or at
least passing things onto somewhere that resolves
the name).
