[NTLUG:Discuss] SOLVED Running Programs Icon/Window in the Panel - using Compiz

Mr. Ralph Green has helped to 'crack this case'.  Since I was running
Gnome, if you run the 'Gnome Configuration Editor' program....and click
through to:

    apps  --> panel 
--> applets --> window_list_screen0  --> prefs

and click on 'display_all_workspaces'

it'll do what I was
looking for.
