Howdy,
  I was disappointed to find out that he did it.  I was holding out hope
that he was innocent. But, I did get one laugh last night.  In an
article on wired:

  The article starts off
 "Lawyers claiming to represent convicted murderer Hans Reiser allege
that the developer of the ReiserFX filesystem is competent and
incompetent, and should or should not be sentenced to life in prison
Wednesday for killing his wife, Nina Reiser.

This is not a misprint. Perhaps some quick background is required."

  The funny part is that it is a misprint.  There is no ReiserFX
filesystem.
