This is a 'top-post'....which is a response to your message...but I've
responded 'at the top' of your message.  Had a responded underneath
your original text  - that would be bottom-posting.  If you had
questions, and I responded by answering them one-by-one (and hence have a
combination of your words and my words) - that would be 'in-line
posting'.
