[NTLUG:Discuss] wubi installer of ubuntu 8.04 & unrecognized partition

upon boot up and given the choice between ubuntu and windows when I choose ubuntu I get a quick flash of a warning if that is what it is.
Saying the partition is unrecognized and it looks like they identify it as 81 and further to rebuild use windows tool fdisk.
Its been 5 great day of enjoying this program and I just need to know if I can continue to ignore this message.
